At Scorziell Development, Inc. we don’t stop our relationship with you once you move in. That’s why we offer a written warranty to cover all workmanship and materials used in the construction of your new home for one year. Although our workmanship and materials warranty is limited to one year, some of the materials used in the construction of your home may have warranties periods in excess of one year. We cover major mechanical systems for two years and our warranty covers some parts of your home up to six years. Our warranty will not cover abuse or accidents by you or your guests. We want you to feel free to call us should a problem arises down the road. Our company tries to view a call back as another opportunity to prove we are the quality company we say we are. We generally have any problem fixed within 48 hours of the call. We will contact you every few months of the first year warranty period to ensure your continued satisfaction with your new home. Furthermore, at the end of the year, we will come back to your home and perform a general tune up that includes any caulking, touch-up, and adjustments that your home needs, just to say we appreciate you as a customer. Remember, we have a long-term commitment to you as our customer and to growing our business. In short, we need your referrals.
